Beaver Brook Animal Hospital asks that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with a doctor. The doctor will make every attempt to see scheduled appointments on time; however, emergencies may occur causing us to run behind schedule. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. We appreciate your patience when these circumstances arise. Please know that if the emergency involves your pet, he/she will receive immediate attention. If you are late to your appointment, the doctor may ask you to reschedule or wait to be seen as a work-in appointment.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amerincan Express, cash and personal checks. If financial assistance is needed, we also offer our clients CareCredit® no interest payment plans. To learn more about CareCredit® or apply now, please visit www.carecredit.com/vetmed. A 50% deposit is required for all hospitalized and drop-off patients.

Leash and Carrier Policy:
For the safety of your pet as well as other clients pets we request that all animals are to be leashed or in a carrier while at the hospital.
